Adrian Leggett

Adrian has a B.A (Hons) in Economics and M.Sc. in Information Systems in Management. Adrian became a consultant in 2002 specialising in Local Government and developed specialisms in problem diagnosis and solving, organisational reviews, benchmarking, change management and cultural management.

Since 2006, Adrian has applied these skills as a Senior Project Manager in the Academy sector, setting up his own consultancy in 2011 to carry on his work with groups of schools, Dioceses, Local Authorities, Federations, Single and Multi-Academy Trusts.

Adrian has developed skills and expertise in project management, due diligence, governance, stakeholder consultation, procurement, and TUPE.

In this way Adrian has played a key role in supporting over 160 Academies and Free Schools to realise their goals, including setting up over 10 MATs.
